These Terms of Service govern all services provided by translaterush S.L. (NIF: ESB-25445872), Carrer de Sant Agustí, 22, 25280 Solsona, Lleida, Spain (referred to as "translaterush", "we" or "us") to you ("Client" or "you"). By placing an order, you accept these terms in full.
translaterush provides professional translation, localisation, and related language services as described on our website. All services are delivered digitally. Physical delivery is not offered. The scope, price, and delivery date for each order are confirmed in writing before any payment is made.
Orders are placed through our website. Prices are confirmed before payment. Payment is processed via Stripe. We do not store card details. All prices include applicable IVA where required by Spanish law. Your order is confirmed upon receipt of payment.
We confirm a specific delivery date for each order before payment. Standard delivery is digital via email or secure download link. Sworn translations include the official translator declaration. We target delivery on the confirmed date; force majeure events may affect timelines.
Verifiable translation errors reported within seven days of delivery are corrected at no charge within two business days. Correction requests must be specific and reference the source text. Style preference changes not grounded in translation error are not covered by free correction.
We treat all client documents and project information as strictly confidential. All translators sign NDAs before receiving any project files. Data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and RGPD.
Upon full payment, the Client receives full rights to the translation output. translaterush retains no rights to use client source documents or translation outputs for any purpose other than delivering the agreed service.
Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for consequential, indirect, or special damages.
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Lleida, Spain.
