translaterush stands behind the quality of every translation we deliver. If you are not satisfied due to a verifiable error on our part, we have a clear and fair process for corrections and refunds.
Any verifiable translation error reported within seven days of delivery will be corrected at no charge within two business days. A verifiable error is one where the translated text differs materially from the meaning, content, or structure of the source text. Style preferences, tonal differences, and regional vocabulary variations are not considered errors.
You are entitled to a full refund if: (a) more than 20% of a delivered document contains verifiable translation errors, or (b) the delivery is more than 72 hours late without prior notice from us, or (c) we cancel an accepted project before completion. Refunds are processed within seven business days via the original payment method.
If you cancel an order before translation has commenced, you will receive a full refund. Once work has begun, cancellations are not eligible for full refunds, but any unused portion of the project fee may be credited at our discretion.
For sworn translations, a refund is available if the translation is not accepted by the relevant Spanish authority due to a verifiable error in our translation. Rejection due to issues with the source document (missing apostille, incomplete original, etc.) does not qualify.
