All translation services provided by translaterush are delivered digitally. No physical documents are shipped. Delivery is made by email attachment or secure download link to the address you provide at checkout.
A specific delivery date is confirmed for every order before payment. Timelines vary by service type: certified documents 1 to 2 business days, sworn legal translations 1 to 3 business days, technical and medical translations 2 to 5 business days, website localisation 5 to 10 business days, and large-volume enterprise projects as confirmed in writing. The 24-hour express add-on is available for most document types.
Delivered files include the translated document in the format agreed at order (PDF, Word, or other), any secondary formats agreed, and, for sworn translations, the official translator declaration with stamp and signature in PDF format.
If we are unable to meet the confirmed delivery date, we will notify you as early as possible with an updated timeline and the reason for the delay. Late delivery due to causes within our control entitles you to a discount on future orders as agreed between the parties.
We recommend checking your spam folder if files do not arrive. Delivery confirmation emails come from the domain translaterush.com. For secure download links, files are available for 30 days. If you need files re-sent, email support@translaterush.com with your order reference.
