Yes. Our sworn translations are produced by translators officially registered with the Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Ministerio de Asuntos Exteriores). Each translation includes the translator's official sworn declaration, their registration number, their stamp, and their signature, in line with Spanish procedural requirements. We maintain zero rejection rates with Spanish civil registries, immigration offices, the Ministerio de Educación, universities, and Spanish courts.
Spanish to and from English is our core strength. We also work across all 24 official EU languages plus Arabic, Chinese (Simplified and Traditional), Japanese, and several others. For Spanish-English and English-Spanish we have deep capacity across all specialist areas. For other combinations, contact us before ordering to confirm translator availability for your specific subject area.
All translators sign project-specific NDAs before receiving any files. Documents are transmitted over encrypted connections only. We comply with RGPD (Spain's implementation of GDPR) and maintain data processing agreements with all processors. Documents are permanently deleted 90 days after project completion unless you request extended retention in writing.
Our 24-hour express option covers most document types. For same-day requests, call us first to confirm feasibility. We only accept jobs we can complete on time -- we will tell you honestly if we cannot meet a deadline rather than accept and miss it.
Verifiable translation errors reported within seven days of delivery are corrected at no charge within two business days. For serious quality failures affecting more than 20% of a document, you may choose complete re-translation at no cost or a full refund. Cancellations before work begins are fully refunded. All translations are delivered digitally by email or secure download link. No physical shipment for standard orders. Sworn translations include the translator's official declaration in signed digital format. Your exact delivery date is confirmed before any payment -- we give specific dates, not ranges.
